Our company was founded out of necessity, the problem being, no one takes pride in quality work anymore. As true craftsmen we decided it was time to do something about it. Since our inception we have worked on projects ranging from 10,000 dollar bath renovations to multi million dollar restaurants and everything in between. One of the reasons for our success is that we listen to our clients and custom tailor projects to their needs and desires. Another benefit of being a small builder is that we are able to spend time on each and every project everyday of the week. By micro managing our projects we are assured high quality results each and every time. Over the years we have recruited a highly qualified “team” of professionals who take great pride and ownership of their projects. A good portion of our “partners” are members of the Cincinnati Home Builders Association.

As most people will inform you quality is expensive. As an organization we have found a way to provide a high quality product at a reasonable price. Christopher Michael Homes was founded in 1998 by Chris M. Cavens. Chris is a 3rd generation builder who has worked in all areas of the industry.
