1. Initial meeting to discuss client needs, ideas, fees, contacts and the design/build process
2. Development of basic design sketches
3. Production of preliminary cost model(s) and written scope of work
4. Discussion of design revisions
5. Revisions of design for final client approval
6. Production of preconstruction cost model and written scope of work
7. Applications for minor variances (where necessary)
8. Preparation of drawings for building permit & construction
9. Upon acquisitions of building permit, commencement of construction phase
